The second I open my eyes I have a freight train of anxiety, followed by a feeling of horrible heart ache. I think to myself, yuck another day feeling like this. Well, I like many have decided to do something about no longer living a life of misery. I am now attending Counseling specifically geared for depression treatment and anxiety. I do feel better but I still hate mornings.
