The pressure to have a successful career, a healthy relationship, to be a good parent, and to be physically and emotionally healthy can feel overwhelming. So many of the women we work with have talked about losing themselves, giving up some of their dreams, sacrificing their bodies to children,\u00a0and living in a constant state of exhaustion and anxiety.
