The pressure to fit in, get good grades, balance activities, and navigate family conflicts can be overwhelming. Add in the challenges of social media, tough friendships, body image, emerging sexuality- it can feel like too much. So many of the teens we see have had enough. They\u2019re out of healthy ways to cope. Many are depressed, anxious, some are cutting or thinking of hurting themselves &#8212; not to mention drug and alcohol use. They feel like no one really gets it, and no one is really helping.\u00a0That\u2019s where we come in.<\/p><p>Besides years of experience in working with teens, we also have a passion for it. We get it. They are continuing to build their self-confidence and are helping others to live better lives.
